From Greensboro: I-85 South to Exit 91. Top of ramp go right . Cross over Highway. Stay left on Cotton Grove Rd/NC-8 to Main St. Turn Right. Course is .5 miles ahead.
From Winston Salem: Highway 52 South to Exit 89 (US -64) Bottom of ramp go left. Slight right at W. Center.

The Piedmont Triad Omnium – Lexington NC to be held in Lexington, and Davidson County, North Carolina, near Lexington, Greensboro, High Point and Winston Salem, North Carolina. Our Omnium Race will include a bicycle Criterium Race, bicycle Time Trial, Street Sprints, and a bicycle Road Race. We are a Charity Event, raising money for the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) society and other local charities in the Piedmont Triad area.
